Job Summary
Assistant Manager I sought to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. Key duties include helping with day-to-day store activities, aiding customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and inventory control, payroll and scheduling records, loss prevention, ensuring a well-stocked and orderly environment, and supervising/training Store Associates to maintain a positive, safe, and professional store atmosphere. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store environments (preferred), ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and strong communication and organizational skills; part-time role based in Schertz, Texas.
