Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Manage opening/closing procedures, merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to floor, and maintain seasonal displays. Support payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention. Ensure store areas are well-stocked, clean, and compliant with policies. Lead and train Store Associates, foster a positive, safe, and professional environment, and execute additional duties as assigned. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a high-energy team, and commitment to exceptional customer service are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
