Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include assisting with opening/closing procedures, processing merchandise transfers, maintaining promotional fixtures, ordering and inventory tasks, payroll/scheduling records, and loss prevention. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized store floor and stockroom; supervise and train store associates; maintain professional interactions with customers and leadership; and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as part of store operations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills
