Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include assisting with day-to-day store activities, guiding customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to floor, opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. Requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication skills, and experience in retail management; part-time position with benefits and ADA accommodations; location Loysville, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail,grocery,or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
