Job Summary
Assist with store functions, customer service, and team development by organizing merchandise, maintaining seasonal displays, and ensuring a clean, safe sales floor. Process opening and closing procedures, handle payroll and cash deposits, and manage promotional fixtures while adhering to corporate directives and safety policies. Supervise Store Associates through training and development, enforce company standards, and protect all assets including store cash. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 lbs and frequent walking or standing as needed. This role supports daily operations at a Family Dollar location in Maryland, focusing on delivering memorable customer experiences and maintaining a positive, respectful environment.
Required Qualifications
