Assistant Manager I

Assistant Store Manager I role focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include aiding with day-to-day store activities, assisting customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, ordering and handling merchandise, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and supervising/developing store associates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a high-energy, team environment. Part-time position located in Spanish Fork, Utah.
