Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, and maintaining promotional displays. Assist with merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, manage inventory ordering, and ensure loss prevention. Supervise and develop Store Associates while maintaining a safe, clean environment and addressing customer concerns. Adhere to safety guidelines, protect company assets, and perform assigned duties such as cleaning restrooms and stockroom organization.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills

- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.) is required
