Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, customer service and team development. Help organize store functions and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas and assist with opening/closing procedures. Process corporate directives and maintain promotional displays and fixtures. Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling, and participate in loss prevention. Train and develop Store Associates; foster a positive, safe, and professional environment. Physical duties include lifting up to 55 lbs and extensive walking/standing. Part-time role at Dollar Tree in Glendive, MT with opportunities for growth and benefits as described.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
