Job Summary
Conduct store operations, customer service, and team development by assisting with daily functions, organizing merchandise, and maintaining seasonal displays. Process opening and closing procedures, handle corporate directives, and manage inventory, payroll, scheduling, and cash registers. Ensure a safe, clean environment by protecting assets, enforcing safety policies, and supporting the Store Manager in supervising and training associates. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs and maintaining neat sales floors and stockrooms. Work part-time in a high-energy retail environment at 730 Springfield Road, Columbiana, Ohio, earning $13.50 to $14.00 hourly.
