Assistant Manager I

Assistant Store Manager I responsible for store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining promotional fixtures, assisting with merchandise ordering and loss prevention, payroll and scheduling responsibilities, ensuring a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom, protecting company assets, and upholding safety and company policies. Also involved in supervising and developing Store Associates and ensuring a positive, safe, and professional environment with customers and staff. Part-time role located at Oviedo, FL, with emphasis on strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; prior store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
