Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, maintaining promotional displays, processing inventory and payroll-related tasks, ensuring loss prevention and safety policies, and training/developing Store Associates to maintain a positive, safe, and professional store environment. Knowledge of operating directives (merchandise schematics) and ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet physical demands
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
