Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, maintaining promotional displays, processing payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and supervising/training Store Associates while providing a positive, professional customer experience. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, read operational directives, and communicate effectively are required; prior store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
