Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise organization, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring all associates follow safety policies and company directives. Manage inventory by processing orders, handling damaged goods, and overseeing cash register deposits and receipts. Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates to foster a positive, respectful environment. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 55 lbs and maintaining seasonal displays. This role is part-time based in South Charleston, West Virginia, with a competitive salary.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
