Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Tasks include organizing merchandise, processing deliveries, opening/closing procedures, maintaining displays, handling payroll/scheduling records, and ensuring loss prevention and safety standards. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and the ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. This role supports supervising and developing Store Associates and maintaining a well-organized sales floor and stockroom, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
