Job Summary
Conduct seasonal store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise transfers, and fixture maintenance. Assist customers with questions and concerns while addressing safety guidelines and protecting company assets. Manage store functions by processing corporate directives, handling payroll and cash deposits, and ensuring a clean, stocked sales floor. Supervise and train store associates to maintain professional interactions and adhere to all policies. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 55 lbs and cleaning restrooms. Work part-time in a high-energy retail environment at 620 W Liberty Street, Wauconda, Illinois.
