Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role focusing on assisting with store operations, customer service, team development, and adherence to policies. Responsibilities include organizing merchandise flow, assisting with opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining displays and promotional effectiveness, assisting in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling, ensuring store assets are secure, supervising and developing store associates, maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable store environment, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and experience in retail management with a customer-service focus. Located in Mechanicville, NY; part-time opportunity with potential to contribute to a team-driven, high-energy store setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
