Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include helping with day-to-day store activities, assisting customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing directives and communications, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and inventory tasks, payroll/scheduling and cash handling, enforcing safety and company policies, supervising and developing store associates, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe store environment, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires effective communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Part-time role located at 702 E Robinson Ave, Grovetown, GA 30813.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics) is required
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks (walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing) as part of the role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required
