Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development; duties include assisting with daily store activities, organizing merchandise, opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining displays, ordering and inventory, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, loss prevention, training store associates, and ensuring a positive, safe, respectful environment. Requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs and strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred. Location is Victoria, TX; part-time hours.
