Assistant Manager I

Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Contribute to merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, maintain seasonal store areas, and perform opening and closing procedures. Help process directives, manage promotional displays and fixtures, and support loss prevention efforts. Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling records, and cash handling. Foster a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom, ensure safety and policy compliance, and support the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates while creating a positive, professional environment for customers and staff.
