Job Summary
Assist with store functions, including opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, and maintaining seasonal areas. Process corporate directives, order and process damaged merchandise, and manage payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment by performing floor maintenance, restocking bathrooms, and securing company assets. Supervise and develop Store Associates while addressing customer concerns and adhering to safety and loss prevention policies. Work part-time in a high-energy retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.

- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
