Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives and communications, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and processing damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling records, loss prevention, maintaining a well-stocked and neat store, protecting company assets, adherence to policies and safety guidelines, and supporting the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, prior store management experience in retail, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Required Qualifications

- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical activities (walking, standing, bending, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret operational directives and merchandise schematics
- Comply with safety guidelines and ADA policies
