Job Summary
Assistant Manager I to support store operations, customer service, and team development. Key duties include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom/sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives and communications, maintaining promotional effectiveness of fixtures and displays, assisting with ordering and processing damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling records, and loss prevention. The role involves supervising and developing Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and professional environment, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Requires strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a high-energy team setting; part-time schedule at the Dallas, TX location.
