Job Summary
Assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include helping with day-to-day store activities, assisting customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and loss prevention, payroll/scheduling/documentation, ensuring a clean and well-stocked store, and supervising/training Store Associates to provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment, while upholding company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
