Assistant Manager I

Assistant Store Manager I role responsible for assisting the Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Includes supporting day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering and payroll/scheduling records, loss prevention, and safeguarding assets. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a high-energy, team environment, and ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Retail experience in grocery or drug store settings preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. This position is part-time and located at 1418 W. Maple Ave, Geneva, Alabama.
