Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, processing merchandise deliveries, and maintaining promotional displays. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized sales floor and stockroom. Manage inventory by ordering and processing damaged goods, oversee payroll and cash register deposits, and enforce safety and company policies. Supervise Store Associates through training and development to maintain a positive team environment. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 lbs and cleaning restrooms and floors. Work part-time at the Dollar Tree location in Batesville, Arkansas.
