Job Summary
Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities, help customers with a positive, approachable demeanor, and support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates. Responsibilities include organizing merchandise, transferring items from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, executing opening and closing procedures, processing directives and communications, maintaining promotional displays and store-front fixtures, ordering and processing merchandise, handling payroll and scheduling records, and ensuring loss prevention and safety compliance. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and provide exceptional customer service in a high-energy team environment.
