Job Summary
Execute and monitor promotional activities, manage store merchandising, and oversee stock control within the service and production areas. Lead employee development, coaching, and mentoring while maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests. Report to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team to drive restaurant success. This role requires retail or hospitality experience, a Guest Obsessed mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours ranging from early morning to late at night. A National Police Check is required upon successful application.
