Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Hungry Jack’s (Thomastown, VIC) leads restaurant team within the Restaurant Leadership Team to drive Guest Obsessed service, execute promotions, develop employees, manage stock and merchandising, and maintain a safe work environment. Reports to the Restaurant Manager and participates in leadership development, in-store training, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Hours range from casual, part-time, or full-time to accommodate commitments; compensation includes a management bonus program and staff benefits. The role requires hospitality/retail experience, energy, coaching and mentoring skills, and a commitment to values like Guest Obsessed and People Power. A National Police Check is required for successful applicants.
