Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and commercial priorities across Flow Controls Valves and Actuation Technologies in Singapore; manage full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, engagement, performance, offboarding); drive employee engagement and an inclusive culture; provide HR business partnering support for performance management, succession planning, and employee development; ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and policies; support compensation and benefits processes including salary reviews and benefits administration; collaborate with regional/global HR teams to implement corporate programs; support change management initiatives and maintain accurate HR data and reporting; demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in human resources business partnering
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across functions
- Experience managing employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse teams
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
