Job Summary
Lead a team of 4-5 confined-space trained employees to perform bin cleaning and product transfer duties using vacuum systems and other cleaning devices across agriculture environments. Perform bin cleaning by entering bins from the side or top, scraping walls and bottoms, and moving product between locations. Work in confined spaces, sometimes from heights, with darkness and particulate air. Travel regionally to manage projects (2 weeks at a time), with experience in heavy equipment and agriculture knowledge; Class B CDL preferred. Travel is regional with expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- Team leadership experience (lead a team of 4-5)
- Confined space work experience or training
- Experience with bin cleaning and product transfer operations
- Experience with vacuum systems and cleaning devices
- Experience with heavy equipment in agriculture environments
- Ability to travel regionally (regional travel)
- Class B CDL preferred (CDL required or preferred)
- Comfortable entering confined spaces (dark, tight spaces with airborne particulates)
- Willingness to travel 2 weeks at a time - all expenses paid
