Job Summary
HR Operations-focused role overseeing payroll data processing, HR systems management (SAP, SuccessFactors), onboarding/offboarding, employee data accuracy, reporting, and client/project onboarding in Vietnam. Collaborates with Country HR Head and HR teams to implement Employee Relations practices, handle grievances, and resolve complex issues while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Requires 2-5 years as HR generalist/operations with 1-2 years in people management; experience advising mid-to-senior management; English proficiency; degree preferred in HR or related field. Responsibilities include payroll verification, contract management, system updates, monthly PEC and accounting reports, employee lifecycle surveys, and maintaining positive employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in HR generalist/operations
- 1-2 years of experience in people management
- Experience providing strategic, tactical and operational advisory/support to mid to senior management
- Familiar with HRIS (SAP and SuccessFactors) would be advantageous
- Familiar with Vietnam Labor law/regulations to ensure statutory compliance
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline (preferred)
