Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Conduct floorset updates, build visual displays, and perform inventory control while operating register and point-of-sale systems to fulfill omnichannel orders. Train and develop non-management staff, analyze reporting to inform decision-making, and drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
