Join Hounds Town as an Assistant Manager, where you’ll supervise a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for dogs while maintaining brand standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with dogs, manage daily operations, and create a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Management experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must have FULL availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays for a total of 40 hours/week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems (preferred), and basic computer skills
- Must have a passion for working with animals
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing to clean up after dogs all day long
