Job Summary
Assistant General Manager role for HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof in Atlanta, GA. Supports the Hotel General Manager in maintaining quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and order; assists in managing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales; participates in recruiting, hiring, training and leading employees; coaches and motivates staff; oversees compliance with Federal, State, local and company regulations; helps control costs through forecasting, labor planning, and P&L performance; manages property inventory and supplies within budget; supports daily, weekly and monthly administrative functions including scheduling, labor reporting, night audit verification, payroll, and guest reviews; performs other duties as assigned. Requires 2 years of management experience (preferred) and the ability to lead a team; compensation is experience-based. Locations hint: GA, Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- experience in extended stay hotels, restaurant or retail management
