Job Summary
Direct and support all logistics of physical donation while filling in for staff as needed or directed by the supervisor. Cross-train in production departments and assist in training new employees alongside Vocational Training participants and volunteers. Set an excellent example of work ethic and maintain the intentional, faith-based community code of conduct. Periodically lift up to 25lbs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a mature Christian in agreement with Hope Gospel Mission's Faith Statement and Christian Code of Conduct, with a focus on coaching, teaching, and teamwork within the production department.

- Interest or Experience in working with reusable goods
- Communicate professionally and clearly
- Supervisor experience
- Problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work with a variety of people
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Willing to be trained to use machinery
- Mature Christian in agreement with Hope Gospel Mission's Faith Statement and Christian Code of Conduct
- Ability to periodically lift up to 25lbs.
