Job Summary
Role focuses on designing bespoke, one-to-one client journeys for CHANEL's high-end clientele in Hong Kong, collaborating across divisions to deliver immersive luxury experiences, shaping High End client development strategies from data insights, and driving proactive prospect recruitment through external networks. You will oversee multi‐division client plans, cross‐clienteling, and partnerships, orchestrate events and travel experiences, and ensure consistent, exceptional service that communicates CHANEL’s heritage and leadership in high jewelry and fine watchmaking. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, vendor and budget oversight, and a client-centric, collaborative approach to elevating the Chanel client experience across in-store moments, events, and overseas trips.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
- 6–8 years of experience in luxury industry, ideally with High End Watches and Fine Jewelry clientele
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating client data into strategic insights
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and lead initiatives
- Vendor and budget management experience
- Client-centric mindset and ability to collaborate across divisions
- Fluency in storytelling and delivering immersive luxury experiences
- Ability to adapt storytelling into locally relevant yet Maison-faithful experiences
- Demonstrated excellence in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
