Assist the Store Manager with operations and administrative duties to achieve store goals, oversee multiple departments with product knowledge, uphold policies in the manual, deliver outstanding customer service, and assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence; supervise staff, support recruitment and training, monitor inventory and sales data, and promote services and merchandise while maintaining profitability.
Required Qualifications
