Job Summary
Assistant Manager role supporting the GM/AGM in running restaurant operations during shifts, assisting with scheduling, labor planning, inventory oversight, payroll, and addressing guest concerns; responsible for coaching and developing team members, recruiting and onboarding leads, crew, and trainers; manages community relationships and supports cost control and financial health through monitoring expenses, inventory, and supplier orders; aligns with Hawaiian Bros values (Aloha Spirit, ’Ohana, Personal Growth, Inclusion, Honor, Mahalo) and fosters a welcoming, growth-focused workplace.
Required Qualifications
