Job Summary
The Assistant Manager supports residents and manages business operations on-site, including leasing responsibilities, showing apartments, resident service support, and participation in resident retention and community events. Responsible for maintaining office and resident files, safeguarding monies, addressing resident comments/complaints, inspecting make-ready apartments prior to move-in, ensuring friendly and professional interaction with residents and co-workers, filling in for the Property Manager during absences, and managing rental collections with timely deposits and accounting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or a cross trained Leasing Consultant
- RealPage/Knock/Onesite Software experience strongly preferred
