Job Summary
High-energy, sales-driven leader to join Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa as Assistant Manager and GMIT. Take ownership of front desk experience and team performance with a focus on sales execution, guest experience, and operational excellence. Lead the front desk, coach the team to meet sales and service goals, drive membership conversion and booking efficiency, and ensure high-quality client interactions. Support the Spa Leadership Team with daily operations, training and onboarding, and front desk reporting/cash handling. Promote services, upgrades, and current offers; manage call handling and booking conversion; maintain momentum in daily operations and pursue advancement opportunities within the organization. Requires 1–3 years of leadership experience, strong sales/customer service background, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays). Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.
Required Qualifications
