Job Summary
Assistant Manager / General Manager in Training at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Lead front desk operations, drive sales performance across membership, retail, gift cards, and services, coach and develop front desk team, ensure guest experience excellence, and support daily operational execution. Role focuses on sales execution, guest flow, and maintaining high standards of client interactions while preparing for future leadership opportunities within a multi-unit organization. Key duties include coaching on conversion and bookings, promoting services and upgrades, managing call handling and booking efficiency, overseeing front desk performance, training new hires, and supporting reporting and cash handling. Preferred 1–3 years of leadership experience with a strong background in sales or customer service, and familiarity with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus. Compensation combines hourly pay with commissions and performance-based bonuses, with growth opportunities across locations.
