Job Summary
Senior Guidewire Developer with technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter and digital platforms (Engage, Jutro), including integrations and APIs. Leads solution design, enforces engineering standards, ensures non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability), and drives production stability. Mentors Intermediate and Junior Guidewire Developers, collaborates with architects to align with enterprise standards, and guides delivery governance, risk decisions, and reusable component creation.
Required Qualifications
- 9-12 years of Guidewire development experience
- Strong expertise across multiple Guidewire products (PC)
- Strong experience with complex integrations and distributed systems
- Proven experience managing technical delivery across multiple teams or modules
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory context
- Experience owning production stability and operational outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
