Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and administration for the site, including office expansion/renovation projects; work closely with PMO to ensure timely project delivery and maintain asset and vendor records. Interface with government officials (police, waste management, e-waste, health/EHS/SEZ authorities) and vendors to provide services, ensure ISMS audits, maintain SOPs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Manage vendor services cost-effectively, supervise tickets and maintenance (PPM), and coordinate with clients/landlord. Prepare accurate reports, maintain licenses/permits, ensure budget efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across facilities, safety, and operations. Experience in document control, asset management, and interacting with building management and contractors, with the ability to lead a team and meet SLA targets.
