Job Summary
Assistant Manager Guest Relations oversees property operations as Manager on Duty, directing guest flow in lobby, resolving guest issues, and supervising guest services teams. Responsibilities include leading front desk and guest services activities, maintaining strong customer service standards, handling complaints and disputes, managing day-to-day operations, budgeting and payroll support, implementing customer recognition programs, and ensuring adherence to SOPs/LSOPS. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to coach and develop staff, and a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Education options include a high school diploma/GED with 2 years in guest services or related area, or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; no explicit work experience required with the degree option.
