Job Summary
Assist individuals with disabilities in managing their daily lives and fostering active community participation. Oversee Direct Support Professionals and collaborate with the Residential Habilitation Manager to develop and implement Residential Habilitation Plans while providing input to individual program plans. Serve as a positive role model to ensure service quality meets the needs of those served. Maintain integrity and empathy as you support families and promote personal growth within the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Two (2) years experience with the developmentally disabled population
- Two (2) year degree in related field
- One (1) year experience with the developmentally disabled population
