Assistant Manager - Group Homes

Oversee Direct Support Professionals and provide care to individuals with disabilities while acting as a positive role model for both clients and co-workers. Assist individuals with the day-to-day management of their lives and facilitate active participation in the community. Collaborate with the Residential Habilitation Manager to develop and implement the Residential Habilitation Plan, while providing input to the individual's program plan. Ensure quality service delivery meets the specific needs of the individuals served. This role requires a high school diploma or two-year degree with relevant experience in the developmentally disabled population and supervisory experience.
