Assistant Manager - Group Homes

Oversee Direct Support Professionals and provide care to individuals with disabilities by assisting them with day-to-day life management and active community participation. Collaborate with the Residential Habilitation Manager to ensure service quality meets individual needs, while assisting in the development and implementation of the Residential Habilitation Plan and providing input to program plans. Act as a positive role model for both individuals served and co-workers to uphold inclusive values and teamwork. This role requires a high school diploma or two-year degree with relevant experience in the developmentally disabled population, offering health, dental, vision, and tuition assistance benefits.
