Job Summary
Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead operations in their absence. Bring the brand to life by directing the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as a role model for training and development. Champion brand standards while ensuring both customer and team safety at all times. You must possess strong communication and leadership skills to adapt quickly to challenges during busy shifts and maintain a keen eye on every detail to uphold high standards. This role requires sufficient spoken and written English to perform safely and understand allergen controls.
