As an Assistant Manager at our busy convenience store, you will assist in daily operations, customer service, and team leadership while ensuring the store's efficiency and profitability. Required Qualifications
- Open availability (weekends, holidays, second or third shifts)
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Physical readiness for cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Minimum age of 18+ or 21+ depending on state
- Proficient communication skills in English with basic math skills
- Pass pre-employment screenings (drug test and background check)
- Willingness to learn
