Job Summary
Support the General Manager in managing store operations by supervising team associates, planning daily assignments, and coaching hourly staff. Ensure a pleasant customer experience by handling inquiries and complaints while maintaining safety, security, and quality policies. Process daily invoices and deposits, complete store reports, and conduct periodic inventories to ensure profitability. Adhere to all local regulations and verify identification for restricted sales. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, alternating with the General Manager, while lifting up to 50 pounds and performing duties in all store areas including the cooler/freezer and parking lot. Maintain a clean, well-stocked appearance and demonstrate leadership through punctuality, honesty, and initiative in solving store challenges.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
